Corporate Real Estate Lawyer – London – £170,000-£250,000 - 1-5 PQE

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Real Estate Lawyer in London to join an highly regarded and growing commercial real estate team within a leading US law firm.

This role offers exposure to high-value, complex transactions across a broad range of asset classes, specifically working on Corporate deals where real estate is the underlying asset.

Working alongside experienced lawyers in a collaborative and well-supported environment. You will gain early responsibility while advising a sophisticated client base on market-leading work in London and internationally.

The Role:

• Advising on Corporate deals (M&A, Private Equity) where real estate is the underlying asset
• Supporting on complex cross border transactions, in Europe and the Americas
• Assisting with joint ventures and large-scale development projects
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
• Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-profile mandates
• Collaborating across practice areas and offices within the firm’s wider network
• Contributing to client relationship development and ongoing business initiatives

The Candidate:

• Qualified Lawyer with 1-5 PQE and strong experience in Corporate real estate
• Strong background, ideally trained with a Silver circle / Magic circle / US law firm
• Experience working across multiple asset classes and sectors
• Excellent technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
• Either qualified in England & Wales, or a foreign qualified lawyer at an elite firm
• Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
