TheRole

Onbehalfofourclient,weareseekingaBusinessDevelopmentManager.Thisroleisresponsiblefordeveloping,,youwilluseyourexistingnetworktointroducetheclientsservices,onboardnewpartnersandensuresmoothdeliveryalongsideinternalclaimsandoperationsteams.

Youwilltakeownershipofconsistentbusinessgrowth,stayaheadofmarkettrendsandactasatrustedadvisortobrokerpartners.

Responsibilitieswillinclude

• Develop,manageandconvertrelationshipswithmotorinsurancebrokers.
• Leverageyourexistingnetworktointroduceourclientsservicesandgenerateimmediateopportunities.
• Identifyandonboardnewbrokerpartnersforcredithireandrepairservices.
• Actasatrustedpartnertobrokers,ensuringtheyunderstandthefullvalueoftheoffering.
• Driveconsistentnewbusinessactivityandrevenuegrowth.
• Collaboratecloselywithinternalclaimsandoperationsteamstoensuresmoothonboardingandservicedelivery.
• Keepuptodatewithmarkettrends,competitoractivityandopportunitieswithinthemotorclaimsspace.

ThePerson:

Ourclientisseekingaself-motivatedbusinessdevelopmentprofessionalwithideallystrongrelationshipsinthemotorinsurancebrokermarketandaproventrackrecordofgeneratingrevenue.

• Provenexperienceinbusinessdevelopmentwithinthemotorinsurance,credithireorclaimsspace.
• Establishednetworkofmotorinsurancebrokersthatcanbeactivelyengaged.
• Trackrecordofgeneratingnewbusinessandmeetingrevenuetargets.
• Commercialawarenessandtheabilitytoidentifyandconvertopportunitiesquickly.
• Strongcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills

TheSalary

£40,000withOTEof£60,000(uncappedOTE)

Full-time,37.5hoursperweek,MondaytoFriday,8:30am5pm
